Never worn! (my mother bought me it and it doesn't fit)

It's really a very beautiful gown and It breaks my heart that it doesn't fit.

The skirt is much fuller than in the picture.

Because it was a gift I don't know who the designer is or much about it except my mom paid about 400 for it.
