Turn heads and steal men's heart with this lovely piece. A halter dress with sheer black overlain material, a full lining, a single line of rhinestones under the bust, a low v-neck, and an elegant ruffle down one side are just what you need this formal season. I've owned this dress since 2006 but have only worn it twice. Both times, it was only worn for a short amount of time, and there are no visible stains or signs of wear from what I can see on the hanger.Don't let this beautiful deal slip away.
