I put my dress up for auction on Ebay; it is a gorgeous, flattering, new with tags attached, wedding gown. It is a bridal size 4 (about a normal dress size 2), and is the “Marilyn” design from Dineh’s Collection. It is unaltered other than being hemmed. It is elegant, subtly sexy, and very flattering. I have a "baby tummy" and this dress made me look like I have an hourglass figure! It is amazing how this dress is able to make you look really flat across the belly area and draws just the right attention to feminine shape as the soft chiffon material drapes nicely.
Floor-length, strapless, princess-seamed, A-line, with 3-foot long chapel train.
Fits approximate street sizes 1-5 because of lace-up back which makes bodice/waist adjustable. The size chart for the manufacturer for size 4 states bust size 33 inch, 26 inch waist, and 37 inch hip. My measurements when I purchased the dress, and it fit me perfectly, were 35” bust, 26” waist, and 36” hip.
Features flowing ivory chiffon overlay with cut-glass crystal beads, sewn on, not glued. Underlayer is heavy-weight dull (not shiny) satin. The bodice is fitted, boned extensively, and lined in satin.
Corset back of bodice laces up, making the size somewhat adjustable, going up or down a size or even 2 sizes depending on your proportions. The dress also comes with the privacy panel behind the lacing, so your back will not be exposed where the dress comes laced up in the back, but it is removable if you so desire.
The train is layered of a stiff woven fabric to keep its shape, then a very nice heavy-weight dull (matte, not shiny) satin. The satin and chiffon seem to be 100% polyester. There is an under-crinoline of netting that is lined with more fabric so the scratchy netting never touches your skin.
The dress has been freshly cleaned by professional drycleaners. I tried it on for fitting to have hemmed (the only alteration that has been done), and the alterations shop got the hem dusty. So... I invested the money to have the dress cleaned before selling it so you, the bride, have one less thing to worry about :) This dress is new, and other than the one fitting, never worn. As much as I love this dress, I MUST sell it because I gained a lot of weight since I bought it, and have decided to sell it and make a custom one for myself.
