Size 18 or 20 wedding dress needed for vow renewal, OK

Renewing vows. Never had a dance and want a flowing dress with a shorter train or no train. Outdoor wedding. Halter or strapless preferred. Since it's a "second" wedding to the same man, I don't really want to spend a lot of money on a dress. My original cost more than enough. Size 18 or 20 TALL-- I'm 5'11" but will be barefoot probably. No 10% satin, but other fabrics welcome.
