This is a Jessica McClintock dress which is no longer available on their website. They described it as a "Bustier Stretch Taffeta Dress with Square Neck."

The main body is black stretch taffeta, with a white design/outline. It is a classic and simple dress, with a very unique accent.

It was to be worn as a prom dress, but has not been worn (except when tried on, of course). It can be worn for proms, formal evening parties, etc.
